This type of wind turbine is for wind farms – both off- and on-shore with medium to low wind speed.

It has a nominal power of 1 MW at speed of only 9.5 meters per second. Low cut-in speed is achieved with magnetic suspension, which minimizes friction. Lightweight rotor with slow rotational speed ensures no infra sound. Stator accepts wind from any direction and requires no re-orientation.

Due to vertical design it requires less space in wind park due to absence of “safety” zone.
