This wind turbine is designed to be installed on the roofs of high-rise buildings. It mainly produces electrical energy used for the heating of the building by powering hot water and general lighting (in the hallways, on floors, on the stairs and outside near the entrance). Two or more of this type of turbine can be installed on the building’s roof, depending on the it’s height and on the usable area of the roof.
This type of wind turbine can also be used for residential and administrative high-rise office centers. The slow rotation of the turbine’s rotor and magnetic suspension counterbalances the weight of the rotor and makes it quiet and free from vibrations. It is also safe for flying insects, animals and birds.
It also cleans and removes exhausted air from the building. The principle is simple in this process: warm polluted air from the ground level will be sucked into the turbine and will be exhausted to the upper atmosphere through the rotor blades. Then, by means of the wind, the particles and gases are scattered and the air is purified in a natural way.
This turbine not only helps to solve the energy problems of each high-rise building but also the environmental problems of the whole city.
It has excellent performance at a low cost per unit of installed capacity (per kW of power). It does not require maintenance costs for several years, thereby reducing the long-term expenses of the user. Its shelf-life is about 100 years.
The turbine and its components are guaranteed for 10 years.
